The Vietnam-based electric carmaker VinFast has been putting in efforts to spread roots in the Indian market. The company has already introduced two EVs, and is now gearing up to bring another 3-row electric SUV to the country.
Ahead of the official release, the patent design of the upcoming model has surfaced on the internet, revealing styling and some important elements. The brand has not revealed the details about the same yet. However, some reports say that it might make an official announcement soon.
Here’s What Viral Image Says
According to the leaked image of the patent design, the upcoming SUV seems like will hit the market with muscular design elements, featuring a full-width LED lightbar at the front, flaunting ‘V’ shape at the centre. It is also likely to get a two-tone bumper with triangular vents on both sides at the front with a large air dam. This makes the SUV look more aggressive and bold in the segment.
Rear Profile
When it comes to the rear profile, the viral images showed a slim wraparound LED taillight at the back, and features two-tone aero-optimised wheels and black ORVMs. On the side, it displays a decent cladding, complemented by stylish alloy wheels. The other important specs and related details are under wraps as yet.
Business Operations
Meanwhile, VinFast has inaugurated its first assembly plant in the country. It will allow the brand to produce EVs in the domestic market, and will serve as an export hub for the international market, such as South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. It is expected that the upcoming 3-row SUV might be produced from this plant only, alongside other models.
