After sucesfully launching the flagship Gold Star in the Indian market, the British bike maker BSA Motorcycles is now gearing up to enhance its product line. The company is likely to bring its tech-loaded model 650 cc Scrambler in the country.
To note, the brand has not shared any official launch-related details yet. However, some reports claim that the above-mentioned model will hit the market somewhere at the end of 2024 or at the start of 2025. Customers can expect it in multiple colour shades, allowing them to have wider options to choose from.
Here’s What to Expect
The British bike maker has already revealed the vehicle during the Birmingham Motorcycle Live Show. At the event, the motorcycle was showcased, where it revealed some of the important details, design elements, and some notable features.
Talking about the design, the B65 Scrambler gets a slightly different style statement compared to the company’s flagship model retro roadster. It comes with an aggressive stance, featuring a round-shaped headlight setup, an uplifted fender at the front, a tear-shaped fuel tank, dual exhaust, and spoke wheels with all-terrain tyres.
Top Elements
The other highlight elements include a braced handlebar unit, appealing graphics all over the body, competition ’65’ badging on the side profile, single seating arrangement and proper off-roading road presence.
Feature-wise, the Scrambler is expected to have a twin-pod instrument cluster with a semi-digital layout. This will help the rider monitor some significant information about the bike such as fuel capacity, gear positioning, speed, RPM and whatnot. On the left section, there will be an analogue speedometer, followed by an LCD to display the odometer.
Engine and Power
At the heart, the model is powered by a 652 cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled fuel-injected engine. It generates a maximum power of 44 bhp and 55 Nm of peak torque. The unit is paired with a six-speed transmission.
